• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be issued for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• If the product or service is defective or does not meet the description provided, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.
• Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

• Custom-designed products or services and items purchased as part of special offers or discounts may not be eligible for refunds. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.
• Any downloadable or digital content is also non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or version, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

5. Processing Fees:

• In certain cases, refunds may be subject to a small processing fee depending on the payment method used during the purchase.
