1. Services
We offer HR consulting, digital marketing, lead generation, custom software development and project-wise support. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are governed by a separate written proposal or Statement of Work.
2. Use of the website
- You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
- You will not scrape, copy or republish content without written permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, text, graphics, images, code — is owned by Swadha Nova Solutions or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the relevant SOW.
4. Fees and payment
Fees for engagements are set out in the applicable proposal or SOW. Invoices are due within the payment terms stated. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during an engagement secret, and to use it only for the purpose of performing the services.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. Except as expressly stated in a written contract, the site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the applicable SOW. We may suspend access to the site at any time for maintenance or security reasons.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
